The Hallowed package is exactly what Vaults of Helia has needed: good curve, death value, and strong enough that you're not screwed if you don't draw Vaults or if it's a bad idea to play it. Thresh is here not for his level up, but because he's a 5-drop with challenger and stats that play very nicely with Hallowed. The deck originally ran Ethereal Remitter for more late-game Vaults of Helia value, but converting a four drop into Ethereal Remitter was truly horrible value. Because Vaults activates at the start of turn, you can use Mist's Call to bring back whatever unit died.
